SITUATIONS VACANT – 2026

Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill vacant posts in Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Ministry of Defence, Rawalpindi.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Assistant (BS-15):
Graduate (2nd Division) from HEC recognized University, Minimum 02 years experience, Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project & MS Access, Typing speed 40 WPM

Stenotypist (BS-14):
Intermediate, Proficiency in MS Office, Typing speed 40 WPM, Shorthand 80 WPM

UDC (BS-13):
Intermediate (2nd Division) from recognized Board, MS Office proficiency, Typing speed 40 WPM

S/D Man (BS-11):
Matric with 03 years Diploma in Surveying & Draftsmanship OR Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institution

GENDER:

Male and Female both candidates are eligible to apply

AGE LIMIT:

Assistant: 18 to 28 years + 05 years general age relaxation
Stenotypist: 18 to 25 years + 05 years general age relaxation
Other Posts: As per Government rules

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

Appointments will be made under Civil Servant Act, 1973
All posts are transferable anywhere in Pakistan
Candidates must be Pakistani citizens
Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC
Original documents will be checked at the time of interview
Written test will be conducted including analytical, IT, English & general knowledge
Candidates must pass IT test for MS Office skills
No TA/DA will be admissible
Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted
Candidates must provide CNIC, FRC and verified degrees
Police verification and medical certificate required at interview stage
Selected candidates will be appointed on one year probation
Department reserves the right to cancel or postpone recruitment process
