Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Shawarma Chef to join our team in Jazan.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing, seasoning, and grilling shawarma and related Middle Eastern street foods. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about food preparation and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook shawarma according to traditional recipes and standards.Slice meat and prepare all necessary accompaniments, including sauces, salads, and bread.Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and cooking equipment.
Maintain proper food storage, handling, and safety procedures.Assist in inventory management of ingredients and supplies.Provide friendly and prompt service to customers when needed.
Requirements:Previous experience in shawarma or similar Middle Eastern cuisine is mandatory.Must be male and legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.Basic knowledge of Arabic or English is an advantage.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
